Award-winning Canadian Library to install Horizon Sunrise. epixtech announces that the Winnipeg Public Library will migrate from its Dynix automation system to epixtech''s next generation Horizon Sunrise system. A Dynix customer since 1989, the library announced that its migration to Horizon Sunrise will include the immediate installation of several complimentary epixtech products, including iPac, TeleCirc II, PC Reliance, and Resource Sharing System interlibrary loan software. epixtech, inc.. St. John's College: Santa Fe Signs ASP Contract with epixtech. St. John''s College in Santa Fe, NM, a Micro VTLS customer since 1994, has signed an ASP contract for Horizon Sunrise from epixtech. [Full Announcement].

epixtech, inc.. New Hampshire Law Library signs up for Horizon Sunrise. In a move that will automate the only public law library in New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Law Library signed a contract to purchase Horizon Sunrise. The moves comes less than a month after the New Hampshire State Library finalized plans to adopt epixtech''s Universal Resource Sharing Application to maintain its statewide union catalog. Six More Dynix Customers Select Horizon Sunrise. epixtech has signed contracts with six Dynix customers that will join the nearly 175 Dynix libraries that have migrated to Horizon Sunrise. These Dynix customers migrating to Horizon Sunrise include Burlington Public Library (IA), Capital Region Board of Cooperative Educational Services (Latham, NY), Colby-Sawyer College (New London, NH), Evanston/Skokie School District #65 (Skokie, IL), Ft. epixtech, inc.. Four new ARL Libraries join Borrow Direct Partnership Using URSA from epixtech. This fall, students and faculty at Brown University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, and Princeton University will be able to initiate their own interlibrary loans with expanded access to seven Academic Research library collections. Thanks to epixtech''s Universal Resource Sharing System, these libraries have joined with Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University as part of the Borrow Direct partnership established in 1999. epixtech, inc.. New Hampshire State Library chooses epixtech for statewide union catalog. The New Hampshire State Library is upgrading the library automation system used by the New Hampshire Automated Information System to Horizon Sunrise and the Universal Resource Sharing Application from epixtech. The move will help the State Library to maintain the union catalog of more than 1.5 million records and to provide interlibrary loan services for the nearly 400 NHAIS libraries. The public, school, academic, health sciences, and special libraries that comprise NHAIS will at last be able to share resources entirely through a web interface. [Full Announcement].
