EBSCO Information Services EBSCO Information Services partners with StackMap to expand digital wayfinding within libraries. EBSCO Information Services has formally partnered with StackMap, a digital platform for indoor mapping, so that customers may benefit from StackMap’s integrated services with EBSCO Discovery Service in addition to other catalogs, easing the process of physically locating items in libraries in an effort to enhance the patron experience. StackMap, a library company founded in 2008, looks to empower patrons via indoor collection mapping. This integration with EDS, launched in 2016, allows libraries to help users find print materials within their physical library more effectively. StackMap services also enable users to browse the library’s physical space and resources on a kiosk, tablet or website, as well as locate available computers and study spaces. [Full Announcement].
