Five libraries select the Relais ILL Hosted Service. Relais International announced that the University of Queensland, University of Technology Sydney, the British Columbia Institute of Technology, InfoNOW and the Jewish Public Library in Montreal have all selected the Relais Interlibrary Loan Hosted Service. GWLA selects Relais D2D to enhance resource sharing. The Greater Western Library Alliance (GWLA), a consortium of 33 academic research libraries located in the central and western United States has selected Relais D2D to facilitate resource sharing among the member libraries. Relais D2D (Discovery to Delivery) is a next-generation software platform from Relais International and Index Data. Patrons from GWLA libraries will search across the member library catalogs simultaneously and request circulating items directly from any partner library. [Full Announcement].

NAIT selects Relais ILL Hosted Service. Relais International announced that the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Alberta has selected the Relais ILL Hosted Service. [Full Announcement].

MARINA selects Relais for consortial resource sharing and ILL Management. The MARINA consortium has selected Relais D2D and Relais ILL to power their statewide resource sharing service for public libraries in Maryland. Relais Express Selected by Two More Academic Libraries. Relais International announced that the UCLA Law Library in California and The King's University College in Edmonton, Alberta have selected and are implementing Relais Express. This brings the number of new Relais Express customers in 2011 to twenty-six academic libraries. [Full Announcement].

Osgoode Hall Law School Library Selects Relais ILL Hosted Service. Relais International announced that the Osgoode Hall Law School Library in Toronto, Ontario has selected the Relais ILL Hosted Service. [Full Announcement].

Twenty members of OCUL consortium Select Relais Express. Relais International announced that twenty members of the Ontario Council of University Libraries consortium have selected Relais Express to provide print from the web services for their students and researchers. [Full Announcement].

University of Wollongong selects Relais ILL Hosted Service. Relais International announced that the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia has selected the Relais ILL Hosted Service. The service will be hosted by CAVAL Ltd in Australia. [Full Announcement].

Relais International and LYRASIS strengthen partnership. Relais International announced it has signed a reseller and co-marketing agreement with LYRASIS that provides LYRASIS members discounts on our resource sharing solutions. [Full Announcement].

Two more California academic libraries Select Relais Express. Relais International announced that the University of California, Santa Cruz and the University of California, Riverside have selected and are implementing Relais Express. University of Canberra selects Relais ILL Hosted Service. Relais International announced that the University of Canberra in Australia has selected the Relais ILL Hosted Service, hosted by CAVAL Ltd in Australia. [Full Announcement].

Texas A&M University - Commerce selects Relais ILL Hosted Service. Relais International is pleased to announce that Texas A&M University - Commerce has selected the Relais ILL Hosted Service. [Full Announcement].

Covenant Theological Seminary selects Relais ILL Hosted Service. Relais International is pleased to announce that the Covenant Theological Seminary (Saint Louis, MO) has selected the Relais ILL Hosted Service. [Full Announcement].

Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC) selects Relais D2D. The Committee on Institutional Cooperation libraries have agreed to proceed with a pilot of Relais D2D. The pilot will include: University of Chicago; University of Iowa; University of Michigan; Michigan State University; Northwestern University; and Pennsylvania State University. Relais D2D (Discovery to Delivery) is a next-generation software platform for consortial borrowing from Relais International. The CIC libraries will implement Relais D2D over the summer with the goal of being live by the fall semester 2011.The CIC is the nation's premier higher education consortium of top-tier research institutions, including the Big Ten Conference members and the University of Chicago. State Library of Victoria implements Relais. Relais International is pleased to announce the State Library of Victoria in Melbourne, Australia has implemented Relais ILL to automate and manage their resource sharing activities, including the Direct Delivery service.The State Library of Victoria (SLV) is one of Australia's oldest cultural institutions. It is the major reference and research library in Victoria, responsible for collecting and preserving Victoria's documentary heritage and making it available through a range of services and programs. Relais launches Support Center Plus. Relais International announced the launch of Support Center Plus, a new customer support system. The new system offers Relais customers access to a web based customer portal for entering support tickets and tracking the activity of existing requests with our support team. [Full Announcement].

Grinnell College Selects Relais ILL Hosted Service. Relais International is pleased to announce that Grinnell College (Grinnell, Iowa) has selected the Relais ILL Hosted Service. [Full Announcement].

CAVAL CARM Centre (Australia) selects Relais ILL. Relais International announced that CAVAL Ltd has selected the Relais ILL Hosted Service to manage interlibrary loan and document delivery services provided by its CARM Centre located in Melbourne, Australia. The system will be operated through the Hosting Service managed by CAVAL for Australasian customers of the Relais ILL Management Software. [Full Announcement].
