Moreno Valley Public Library Extends Library Services Partnership with Library Systems & Services. Library Systems & Services , which partners with public libraries to drive long-term library vitality and growth, announced it would continue to operate the Moreno Valley Public Library through 2021. Argosy Private Equity invests in LSSI. On January 26, 2015, Argosy Investment Partners IV and Argosy Investment Partners V, through Argosy LSSI Holdings, LLC, acquired majority control of LSSI, an outsourced public services provider serving public library systems throughout the United States. LSSI provides services for new and existing libraries, as well as contract library services for Federal agencies. Jackson County's 15 libraries to reopen through innovative public / private partnership with LSSI. Library Systems and Services, LLC has signed an agreement with Jackson County, Oregon, to reopen and operate the County's 15 library branches, including the 85,000 sq ft Central Library in Medford, under a 5 year contract. All 15 library branches closed April 7, 2007, after Congress failed to renew funding through the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act. The City of San Juan, TX has signed a contract with Library Systems and Services to staff and operate the San Juan Public Library through September 2012. Library Systems and Services, Inc. (LSSI). City of Redding, CA contracts with LSSI To manage and operate main library, two branches. Library Systems and Services has contracted with the City of Redding, California to manage and operate its main library and two branch libraries. In September, the Redding City Council agreed to accept ownership of Shasta County’s Redding Municipal Library and hired LSSI to operate the library and its two branches.
