Texas State University Libraries go live with FOLIO using EBSCO FOLIO support. Frederick Community College will enhance various aspects of its front and back-end library experience with the adoption of the FOLIO Library Services Platform and EBSCO Discovery Service. Through extensive technical expertise, hosting services, and ongoing support, the EBSCO FOLIO Implementation teams ensured a seamless transition to the LSP, which went live in August. Southern New Hampshire University selects FOLIO with support from EBSCO. Southern New Hampshire University's Shapiro Library has chosen FOLIO as its new Library Services Platform using EBSCO FOLIO Services from EBSCO Information Services. SNHU will also leverage numerous products from EBSCO's Software as a Service (SaaS) Suite, creating a more streamlined experience managing the various workflow solutions SNHU utilizes to maximize its end users' experience. Golden Gate University Selects FOLIO with support from EBSCO Information Services. The Golden Gate University Libraries have selected FOLIO as their new Library Services Platform. GGU will work closely with EBSCO Information Services' FOLIO Implementation teams to get the open-source LSP up and running by late Spring 2025. FOLIO can be integrated with external applications, and EBSCO will assist GGU in integrating FOLIO with the library's new and existing collections and services. To improve the end-user search experience, EBSCO Discovery Service and OpenAthens ensure seamless accessibility and discovery of the library's resources. In addition to EDS and OpenAthens, GGU will leverage Panorama for library analytics, combining disparate library data and campus data sets to enable insights to help make data-informed decisions for their library. Columbia University selects FOLIO as new LSP with EBSCO FOLIO's support. The Columbia University Libraries joins the growing number of Association of Research Libraries member institutions to adopt the FOLIO Library Services Platform with the support of EBSCO Information Services. MOBIUS goes live with FOLIO LSP with support from EBSCO Information Services . EBSCO Information Services has assisted MOBIUS, one of the largest consortia in the United States, in migrating to the FOLIO Library Services Platform. Seton Hall University Libraries Select EBSCO FOLIO. The Seton Hall University Libraries will transition to the FOLIO Library Services Platform using EBSCO FOLIO hosting and implementation services from EBSCO Information Services. FOLIO launches Poppy Release. The FOLIO Open Source Community has launched the sixteenth named release as the platform continues to add features and functionality to the library services platform. The Poppy Release updates existing apps and features, including acquisitions, data import, and circulation, and welcomes the Lists app, an application for creating custom list(s) of records. Stanford University adopts FOLIO library services platform. Stanford University recently adopted the FOLIO library services platform for the essential functions of acquiring, describing, and providing access to library collections. embracing FOLIO's promise of flexibility, efficiency, and community-driven product development. Stanford's FOLIO upgrade marks the first time Stanford has migrated to a new library services platform in over 20 years. To move from two separate legacy software systems to FOLIO, Stanford's Library Systems team migrated bibliographic and holdings data for over 12 million library items, along with data for orders, patrons, loans, and requests. Stanford's Digital Library Systems and Services team developed several integrations between FOLIO and other systems, including Stanford's Searchworks discovery layer and a custom internal tool for managing vendor-supplied bibliographic data. Nyenrode Business University becomes first institution in the Netherlands to adopt FOLIO LSP. Nyenrode Business University has become the first institution in the Netherlands to adopt the FOLIO Library Services Platform using EBSCO FOLIO's hosting and service support from EBSCO Information Services. Nyenrode has leveraged EBSCO FOLIO's expert implementation consultants and library services engineers to establish the FOLIO LSP from the initial readiness assessment to go-live with continued support services post-implementation. New Zealand's University of Canterbury Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha Library to adopt FOLIO LSP with hosting from EBSCO Information Services. The University of Canterbury Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha Library of New Zealand will begin the transition to adopt the FOLIO Library Services Platform (LSP) with hosting and service support from EBSCO Information Services. UC will join the more than 100 libraries and library systems that have gone live with EBSCO FOLIO and will become the second in Oceania to move to the open source LSP. [Full Announcement].

Index Data congratulated Stanford University on the successful deployment of FOLIO, the revolutionary open source library services platform. Stanford University went live on FOLIO in mid-August 2023 as it combined two integrated library systems from five campus libraries into a university-wide library services platform. Index Data applauds Linköping University Library's successful FOLIO implementation. Index Data announced that Linköping University Library in Sweden has gone live with FOLIO. Linköping University has been part of the FOLIO Community for a number of years and has worked on its migration for months, culminating in a go-live on July 24, 2023. Staff at Linköping University Library began the process by analyzing FOLIO's functionality and workflows. This included mapping local library workflows to the features offered by FOLIO apps, enabling efficient resource management and improved user experiences, and mapping existing data to the data structure in FOLIO. Crucial was an outstanding collaboration with the University's IT department. Linköping University Library contacted Index Data to provide support and expertise in a number of areas, including advice and best practices regarding technical infrastructure troubleshooting and upgrades. Two Connecticut University Libraries to implement EBSCO FOLIO. The University of New Haven (UNH) and Quinnipiac University (QU) will become the first institutions in Connecticut to transition to the FOLIO Library Services Platform (LSP) using EBSCO FOLIO hosting and implementation services from EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO).
