Ex Libris Accessibility made simple: Alma Specto empowering institutions to go beyond compliance. A major shift is coming, and it's especially important for institutions in the United States. Starting April 24, 2026, the new ADA Title II rule will require covered state and local entities, including public universities and libraries to make their digital services accessible.
