Auto-Graphics, Inc. Auto-Graphics moves to fully virtual environment. Auto-Graphics has decided to permanently close down the physical office in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Although the company still has three years left on its lease, we are actively working with the landlord to lease the premises to a new tenant and/or sublease the space. Agent Information Software, the parent company of Auto-Graphics, declared a cash dividend of $0.035 per share that was approved by its Board of Directors at the annual shareholders meeting on May 25, 2022. Auto-Graphics, Inc. Auto-Graphics Welcomes Alan Mask as Customer Service Manager. Auto-Graphics, Inc. appointed Alan Mask as the company's new Customer Service Manager. The company has not had a formal Customer Service Manager since the departure of Myrna Gagnier in August 2021. Mask will be responsible for ensuring customers are satisfied with the company's products and service by overseeing the Customer Support team's efforts, developing customer satisfaction goals, and moderating and solving issues with grace and diplomacy. Auto-Graphics, Inc. AGent Information Software (AIFS) Publishes 2022 First Quarter Financials. AGent Information Software (AIFS), the parent company of Auto-Graphics, Inc. (A-G), released 2022 first-quarter financials. In the first quarter of 2022, AIFS reported a net income of $28,070. Recurring revenue remains solid and grew to $1,295,800 at quarter-end, a slight increase from 2021. The second quarter will see new sales being booked; that, along with increases to the company's recurring revenue base, will also include one-time, non-recurring revenues. Auto-Graphics, Inc. Arkansas State Library selects Auto-Graphics' SHAREit for resource sharing. Arkansas State Library awarded Auto-Graphics, Inc. a two-year contract for a new integrated resource sharing system and secure hybrid union catalog. Through their SHAREit product, which was the first Web-based library resource management solution in the industry, Auto-Graphics will build, host, and maintain a secure hybrid union catalog and library system-neutral resource sharing system for the state of Arkansas. Agent Information Software, the parent company of Auto-Graphics, Inc., has released second quarter 2021 financials. With little change in YTD sales between 2020 and 2021, along with a strong focus on controlling costs, AIFS reported a growth in net income to $218,399, a $60,000 increase from the same period in 2020. Auto-Graphics, Inc. New Mexico State Library selects Auto-Graphics' MONTAGE to Upgrade their Digital Collection Software Management System. Auto-Graphic announced their digital collection management solution, MONTAGE, has been purchased by the New Mexico State Library. The addition of this software to their resources will improve the state's efforts to capture, harvest, and provide public access to digital state government publications. The Montage solution will allow the government documents staff at the State Library to process digital state government information in a more efficient and thus productive method. The new public interface will also allow visitors to the digital collections site an easier and more intuitive way to search and discover New Mexico state government publications.
