Atlas announced its implementation of Aeon at the University of Pittsburgh Library System within its Archives & Special Collections department. Atlas Systems announced that the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is the latest Concierge for Aeon subscriber. Located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, MIT joins nearly 20 institutions that currently subscribe for Concierge consultative support of their Aeon request and workflow management for special collections software. The Archdiocese of Boston Archives is live using ArchivesSpace to manage and provide access to their collections. Located in Braintree, Massachusetts, the Archdiocese of Boston Archives collects, preserves, and provides access to materials related to the history of the Catholic Church in New England, particularly in eastern Massachusetts. Its collections span roughly from the establishment of the diocese in 1808 to the present day and consist of archival materials in all formats. It is the mission of the Archives to assist researchers in their scholarly, genealogical, and other work in an effort to cultivate a better understanding and appreciation of the history of the Archdiocese and the Boston Catholic community. Atlas Systems, Inc. Creighton University live on ILLiad with Atlas' Access Services Concierge. Creighton University is live using ILLiad for resource sharing. Located in Omaha, NE, Creighton joins nearly 1,000 institutions currently ILLiad. Creighton library staff will use ILLiad to manage all of their library's borrowing, lending, and document delivery through a single interface. Atlas assisted with the implementation and installation of ILLiad for Creighton and OCLC will continue to provide hosting and support. Columbia University has added three new libraries to their Rare Books and Manuscripts Library installation of Aeon. The Avery Architectural & Fine Arts Library, Burke Library at Union Theological Seminary, and C.V. The New York Public Library's Manuscripts, Archives, and Rare Books Division at the Schwarzman Building and Library for Performing Arts are now live with Aeon. Atlas Systems, Inc. ILLiad user records will now be searched and created for borrower requests from Alma. Ex Libris has announced greater integration between Alma and ILLiad in their upcoming release scheduled for July 2021. For sites using Alma to push borrower requests into ILLiad, It will now be possible to configure the resource sharing partner record in Alma to search ILLiad user records, create user records in ILLiad when none exist, and push patron information into ILLiad in real-time when the user record is matched. Atlas Systems, Inc. Atlas Systems and OCLC deliver enhanced access to digital collections through CONTENTdm and Aeon integration. Atlas Systems and OCLC today announced the integration of the CONTENTdm Digital Collection Management Software and Atlas System's Aeon software for managing special collections user services. The integration enables end users of CONTENTdm collections to place an online request to view the original item in a library’s special collections reading room or order publication-quality reproductions via Aeon, paying any usage fees online with a credit card. The University of Miami and the Claremont Colleges Library have successfully piloted the integration. [Full Announcement].

Jason Glover, president and chief executive officer of Atlas Systems, has announced management changes in the company. Stephanie Spires will assume the newly-created role of chief service officer, managing customer support, consulting services, and training. Genie Powell will continue as Chief Customer Officer, transforming the role to focus on interfacing with customers to ensure all Atlas products continue to evolve to meet customer needs.
