Landrum, a leader in the field with two decades of experience in public libraries, comes to IMLS from Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library, where she served as CEO-Director.

Innovative, a leading provider of library software, today announced its board of directors has appointed Shaheen Javadizadeh as chief executive officer, effective immediately. Jim Tallman is appointed to the role of executive chairman. Javadizadeh has been with Innovative for three years and previously served as the executive vice president of global sales and marketing.

(Turnitin) Turnitin announced two executive appointments to strengthen Turnitin's leadership team as it widens its product offering and expands globally. Marc Daubach, formerly corporate vice president and general manager of Europe for Ex Libris Group, is joining Turnitin as corporate vice president of international. Ron Park, an experienced Silicon Valley technology executive, will serve as chief technology officer and senior vice president of engineering and operations.

(ByWater Solutions) ByWater Solutions announced the promotion of Joy Nelson to President, Koha Division. Joy started with ByWater Solutions in July 2011 as a Migration Specialist, managing our migration process from start to finish. In February of 2013 she was promoted to the Director of Migrations where she designed a complete process for the migration team ensuring a smooth migration for all partners. In September of 2017 Joy was promoted to Vice President of Implementations where she utilized her leadership skills to unify the migration and education teams to become strong unit.

(Tech Logic) Tech Logic announced that Jeff McDaniel has joined the company as a Senior Solutions Specialist for the Southeast U.S. region. Most recently McDaniel served as Vice President of International Business Development and Customized Library Services for Baker & Taylor. He will provide consultative services for libraries to implement Tech Logic solutions.

(LAC Group) LAC Group has hired legal industry tech expert, blogger and business strategist Ron Friedmann to fill the newly created executive role of chief knowledge and information officer. Friedmann, working from Arlington, Va., will report to chief executive officer Rob Corrao and lead the firm's technology initiatives, specifically understanding clients' business and technology needs and developing strategic solutions for customers.
