(Auto-Graphics, Inc.) Auto-Graphics, Inc. announces that Southern California Library Cooperative (SCLC) has purchased MONTAGE for its members. SCLC, one of nine state library systems as defined by the California State Library, serves 39 independent city, county, and library district libraries located in the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. MONTAGE is a part of SCLC’s DigiLab program, a digital archiving and collaboration project, which allows participating members to scan and add their own unique content, in order to publish on a public, digital platform.

(Amigos Library Services) Amigos Library Services announced a partnership with the Texas State Library and Archives Commission on the E-Read Texas program to bring electronic book (e-book) access to Texans served by small community libraries. This is part of a multi-phased statewide project to enhance public library e-book collections.

(Patron Point) Patron Point announced that the Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service, Oregon, has implemented its patron relationship management system for use by both central staff and member libraries.

(Lyrasis) To help guide and steward the recent merger of LYRASIS and DuraSpace - four new Board of Trustees Members were elected by the combined memberships, and four new Board of Trustees were appointed. This brings LYRASIS' FY 2020 Board to 13 members, seven elected and six appointed.

(Equinox) Equinox welcomed Adams County Library System to Evergreen with their successful migration to the Pennsylvania Integrated Library System (PaILS) SPARK Consortium.

(ByWater Solutions) ByWater Solutions, an open source community contributor and America’s forefront provider of Koha support, announced today that Sterling College, Mabee Library, in Sterling, Kansas is now live on Koha! ByWater completed the transition of the library’s 47,000 plus holdings from Liblime ILS and is providing ongoing support services to the library.

(Lyrasis) LYRASIS and DuraSpace announced the merger of their two leading 501(c)(3) not-for-profits was completed on July 1, 2019, establishing one of the largest global technology and services membership organizations for research and collections holding institutions worldwide. Members will participate in developing new scalable technologies, shared innovation opportunities, and high-value, fairly priced services across the global landscape of academic and public libraries, scholarly research, archives, museums, and galleries.

(Andrew W. Mellon Foundation) The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation announced the appointment of Emil Kang as Program Director for Arts and Cultural Heritage. In this role, Kang will lead the Foundation’s grantmaking program that seeks to nurture exceptional creative accomplishment, scholarship, and art conservation practices while promoting a diverse and sustainable ecosystem for the arts.

(Evergreen Project) Two Midwest librarians were recently recognized by the Evergreen library system community as Contributors of the Month -- Remington Steed of the Hekman Library at Calvin College in Michigan and Chauncey Montgomery of the Sunbury Community Library in Ohio.

(OCLC) The Bibliotheksservice-Zentrum Baden-Wuerttemberg (BSZ) and Verbundzentrale des GBV (VZG) have announced the launch of a new joint initiative, K10plus. The new collaboration will result in the largest catalog for scientific libraries in Germany and is developed using OCLC’s Syndeo, a suite of services that facilitates national and regional library collaboration.
