(MOBIUS) The MOBIUS Consortium announced that the Mountain View Public Library, (MO), went live as a member of the Missouri Evergreen Consortium. The Library is the 36th member to go live on the system and migrated from a standalone TLC Integrated Library System.

Taking advantage of citywide wireless access provided by Google, the bookmobile allows patrons to check out books and register for library cards on their own through real-time access to the Millennium integrated library technology platform.

(The Library Corporation) In Missouri, the number of library systems that have recently embraced Library.Solution total 14, including two new contracts that came onboard within the past few weeks. One of these is Mexico-Audrain County Public Library System, a county-wide library system in a suburban setting that purchased 25 workstations for its five sites, in addition to software, support and training. The other is Mountain View Public Library, which just purchased its first automation system for the library''s single-site facility and also contracted for a complete package of hardware, software, installation, training, support and patron cards.
