Political Extremism & Radicalism in the Twentieth Century: Far-right and Left Political Groups in the U.S., Europe and Australia is the first digital archive documenting a range of radical right and fascist movements, communist and socialist groups and new left activists in never-before-digitized primary sources.

(Talis) The University of Gloucestershire have selected Talis Aspire to manage and deliver its online reading lists service and copyright management system. This decision was made as part of their wider digital strategy which will also include teaching and learning technologies such as Moodle.

(ProQuest) Sixty years’ worth of content from The Korea Times is now available through ProQuest, thanks to a new partnership with the newspaper’s publisher. Using the ProQuest platform, users can browse, read cover-to-cover, or search full digitized issues of the paper – including images – from 1956 to 2016. The oldest and most influential English-language newspaper in Korea, The Korea Times is globally recognized for its coverage of international business, economic and financial news, as well as perspectives on regional issues and events. On the ProQuest platform, researchers can quickly find The Korea Times content they need with features like hit highlighting, searchable PDFs, full-image downloads, and more.

(PTFS Europe) Nottingham College has chosen Koha as its new library management system to replace the existing solutions from OCLC and IS Oxford. The team at PTFS Europe will be implementing Koha and providing on-going hosting and support services. The public interface will be integrated with the EDS discovery service from EBSCO and the interface further enhanced to provide high levels of accessibility.

(ResearchGate) This agreement is the result of several years of talks about working together to further facilitate the sharing of journal articles in a way that protects the rights of authors and publishers.

(ResearchGate) In a cooperation agreement announced today, three publishers and ResearchGate will work together on the sharing of articles on the scholarly collaboration platform in a way that protects the rights of authors and publishers. The agreement ultimately involves publishers who want to help and support content sharing and believe that working with ResearchGate, the largest professional network for scientists and academics, is one of the important means to achieving this.
