(ProQuest) Syracuse University Library unveiled their new website highlighting the Summon web-scale discovery service from Serials Solutions, a ProQuest business. Librarians expect the robust search solution to improve access to the library's vast collection. Students and staff will experience simplified discovery of many types of resources across multiple disciplines.

(ProQuest) Syracuse University Library has selected the Summon service from Serials Solutions to provide complete discovery of the library’s vast collections – including close to 3 million volumes and more than 25,000 subscription online journals, databases, and e-books. A cornerstone of the Summon service is its unified index, which makes the breadth of the Library's collections discoverable without reliance on federated search.

(Innovative Interfaces, Inc.) Syracuse University is live with Encore Discovery. The library has implemented Innovative's discovery services platform as a front-end to their existing Voyager ILS provided by Ex Libris, Ltd.

(Innovative Interfaces, Inc.) Syracuse University (NY) has selected the Encore discovery services platform for cutting-edge access to library catalogs and information. The Syracuse University Library, a member of the prestigious Association of Research Libraries (ARL), will implement Encore with their Voyager ILS, provided by Ex Libris. In the coming months, Encore will be available across all Syracuse University libraries, which includes the H. Douglas Barclay Law Library, as well as the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry Library that also shares the Voyager ILS.

(Endeavor Information Systems, Inc.) Endeavor Information Systems announced that 17 libraries are currently in the process of implementing Endeavor Meridian, the electronic resource management system which entered general release on June 1st. Furthermore, two libraries – Princeton University and the London School of Economics – are currently in daily production use.
