(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that the Bibliothèque Interuniversitaire de Montpellier (BIU, or Interuniversity Library of Montpellier) has chosen the Ex Libris Alma library services platform and the Primo discovery and delivery solution to optimize library management and discovery. Alma and Primo will replace the Aleph integrated library system.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that the Ex Libris Alma cloud-based library services platform is now the system of choice for one thousand customers. The thousandth institution to select Alma is Carnegie Mellon University, which, like the 999 other Alma institutions, will benefit from the streamlined workflows of a unified SaaS resource management solution. Alma will be replacing the SirsiDynix Symphony integrated library system.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that the National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences (KUAS) has become the first university in Taiwan to choose the Ex Libris Alma® library services platform. Alma and the Ex Libris Primo® discovery and delivery solution will be replacing a number of the library’s current systems, including an integrated library system, electronic resource management system, and discovery system.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that the Université Fédérale Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées has chosen the Ex Libris Alma library services platform and Ex Libris Primo discovery and delivery solution to manage and expose its expanding collections. The Ex Libris solutions will replace the SirsiDynix Horizon integrated library system, in use since 1995.

Patrons will benefit from interface and system enhancements, increased opportunities for discovering content through subject-specific searches, and easy access to course reserves through search results.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology has selected the Ex Libris Alma library services platform to replace the institute’s Voyager integrated library system. NAIT is already using the Ex Libris Primo discovery and delivery solution, which will be tightly integrated with Alma to optimize the student and staff experience.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley has selected the Ex Libris Alma library management service and Primo discovery and delivery solution. Ex Libris Alma will replace the Innovative Sierra library system.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that the Istituto Centrale per il Catalogo Unico delle biblioteche italiane e per le informazioni bibliografiche (Central Institute for the Union Catalogue of Italian Libraries and for Bibliographic Information), or ICCU, has certified the Ex Libris Alma library services platform for use with the shared cataloging service of the Servizio Bibliotecario Nazionale (National Library Service), or SBN. The certification encourages collaboration between libraries, a key capability of the Alma platform.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that Eastern Michigan University has gone live with the Ex Libris Alma library services platform integrated with the Ex Libris Summon discovery service. The first library to implement this integrated solution, Eastern Michigan now benefits from improved resource management workflows and an optimized resource discovery experience. Alma replaces the Ex Libris Voyager integrated library system while the university has retained Summon as the preferred discovery service.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that Virginia’s Lynchburg College has selected the Ex Libris Alma library services platform and Primo discovery and delivery solution to manage and expose the library’s electronic and print collections and to improve efficiency across the board with integrated workflows. The Ex Libris solutions will replace the Innovative Interfaces Millennium library system.
