Columbia, MO - November 28, 2017 -- The MOBIUS Consortium announced today that NC Cardinal, a growing consortium of over 30 member library systems in the state of North Carolina has selected its MOBIUS Open Source Solutions (MOSS) to provide hosting and managed services to support its Evergreen Open Source ILS implementation.

NC Cardinal currently supports 30 public library systems (with over 160 branch locations) and one government library. It serves over a third of North Carolina's public library systems supporting over 3.3 million North Carolinians.
