(Woburn, MA – March 4, 2008) Inmagic, Inc. announced today that Dave Golan has joined the company as vice president of sales. Ron Benanto, chief financial officer at Enterprise Mobile, Inc. and Tony Florence, executive sales manager at VFA, have also joined the board of directors.
Mr. Golan joins Inmagic’s executive management team and will assume responsibility for the company’s global sales strategy and development, reporting directly to Paul Puzzanghera, CEO of Inmagic. Golan is highly skilled in building exceptional sales organizations, channels and global go-to-market strategies and brings more than 18 years of executive sales and corporate development experience to the team.

Prior to joining Inmagic, Golan was vice president of business development at Exchange Solutions, Inc. (ESI), a company that designs and hosts innovative collaborative commerce solutions for banks and large retail organizations. Prior to ESI, Golan held senior sales, marketing and executive management positions with Vovici (formerly Perseus Development Corporation), Rightnow Technologies (formerly Salesnet) and Applix (now IBM). At these organizations, he was responsible for driving growth and profitability via a wide range of sales and marketing initiatives, including results-oriented global sales strategies, channel and partner sales development and product marketing.

Mr. Benanto joins the company’s board of directors, bringing 30 years of practice in public company financial management, including taking three companies through public offerings. Benanto currently serves as chief financial officer at Enterprise Mobile, Inc. Prior to joining Enterprise Mobile, Benanto was CFO of Lumigent, a data auditing company for compliance and security. Benanto has also served as CFO and vice president, finance at NewsEdge Corporation and CFO and senior vice president, finance and administration at ViewLogic Systems.
Mr. Florence also joins the company’s board of directors and has extensive experience in creating an organization from the bottom up as well as developing worldwide sales and marketing strategies for emerging growth companies. Florence is currently an executive sales manager at VFA, a facilities capital planning and asset management provider. Prior to VFA, Florence was president of Lochard Environment Systems, general manager of Priority Data Systems Corporation and vice president of sales and marketing for Climage Novasoft, Inc.
