In the collection of the library there are approximately 30,000 items and the Mateusz Gliński book collection. In the collection of the library NIFC there are books and journals from 19th and 20th century; sheet music from 19th and 20th century (including first editions of Chopin's works and compositions published during his lifetime); documents of social life - invitations, concert programmes and posters, cut-outs from the press (from concerts, festivals, ceremonies devoted to Chopin and the International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competitions in Warsaw).
