Other Info: The Clifton Library is a branch of the Wayne County Library, which is located in Waynesboro. The Clifton Library opened in the fall of 1996. We occupy three rooms in the lower level of the historical T.S. Stribling house. The rest of the house is devoted to the Stribling museum. Blue Grass Region
