Other Info: This a project in favor of the community at the city of Huarmey. Heber Ocaņa and his wife, Regina Mariņos are two enthusiast activists in favor of children literacy. There are several videos posted at Youtube, and a blogspot is very active giving information about activities, partners and artistry. Recently, they added computers to serve the public, mostly children, the future of Huarmey.
