Other Info: Updated: By the beginning of 2011, this library is reported closed for at least two months, probably more. It had few users: 150 monthly. The library is the head of a Departamental system only in theory: such a system is not operative. The mayor has recently been re-elected for a new 4 years period. Nobody knows if there is a master plan or the idea of doing something in favor of the urgently needed modernization of this library. In July 2012 the library was open, but was not given reader's cards; moreover, the old cardex system catalog was out of service. It opens but almost nobody comes.
