It has 9000 square feet, built in brick and reinforced concrete, very visible in the civic center. Unfortunately, only a handful of Peruvian cities have modern libraries, but no branches. They do not invest in libraries yet, statistical information is scarce or not trustworthy if any. Some citizens are working informing in the press; I am one of them. By the way, the city has a website but it says nothing about the Library. Chiclayo is the fourth city in the country. Lima, the country's capital has an investigation library but does not help common citizens, nor is registered with you. Perspectives to do business are very good, but it will take a time unknown. In Lima a new Mayor will enter January first, 2011.
