Other Info: Clinch-Powell Regional Library is not a public library. We do not serve the public directly. This regional library provides cataloging, processing, and technical services, as well as continuing education, for public libraries in Anderson, Campbell, Claiborne, Morgan, Scott, and Union counties in Tennessee. These twenty public libraries we serve are not "branches" of the Regional Library, but independant public libraries governed by county library boards. We serve them under a "Service Agreement" with the individual county library board.
