The collection includes books and bound journals, translations of Russian and Japanese fishery reprints on fisheries biology, marine science, chemistry, biochemistry, statistics, food science, aquaculture, microbiology, ecology, and conservation. The library also holds an archive collection of photographs and scrapbooks. The library produces a monthly Current Awareness publication, an annual compilation of Center Author Publications for both centers, and a bi-monthly listing of new books.
