Other Info: La Biblioteca Municipal de Milagro está ubicada en el Parque de la Paz, junto a la Casa de Cultura. Pertenece a la Rede de Bibliotecas Públicas del Gobierno de Navarra y está ligada al Ayuntamiento de Milagro a través de un convenio. La Biblioteca Pública de Milagro ofrece sus servicios desde 1978. abrió sus puertas en el desaparecido edificio "Las Antiguas Escuelas" ubicado en las Cuatro Esquinas, conocida actualmente como la Plaza del Mercado, y fue trasladada provisionalmente a los bajos del Ayuntamiento en 1992, donde prestó sus servicios hasta el año 2002 en que se trasladó al nuevo edificio.
