Other Info: HOURS: The Maritime Research Center is open by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 1pm-4pm, closed on federal holidays. Appointments must be made at least twenty-four hours in advance. The Maritime Research Center provides access to the library, archives and museum collections of SF Maritime NHP--the largest museum collection in the National Park Service--and encourages research in maritime history and humanities. Please note: the Research Center does not currently contribute to the National Park Service Combined Library Catalog (EOS) and any data in that catalog is un-updated legacy data, and should not be relied on for accuracy; for accurate records of the Park's collections, in all formats, see our Catalogs website at: http://www.nps.gov/safr/learn/historyculture/catalogs.htm (including the library materials catalog at http://keys.bywatersolutions.com/ )
