Other Info: The library is open to the public, free of charge. Visitors may walk in Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, 1 pm-4 pm, or may make an appointment by visiting museum.gwu.edu/library. Occasional walk-in hours are held on select Saturdays. The libray is noncirculating; an open stack policy and assistance from a knowledgeable staff facilitate the research experience of visitors. The library serves scholars, collectors, artists, craftspeople and students from elementary school through graduate school.
