Other Info: The Broadwater Public Library reopened at its new location March 23, 2013. Hours are Wed: 3-7 PM, Fri: 3-7 PM Sat: 10 AM - 1 PM Mountain Time. The library uses a Web-based catalogue system that Elizabeth Kulacz wrote for rural libraries that cannot afford commercial software and tech support, as shareware (funds support the Friends of the Library). The Western Nebraska Library Commission is acquiring commercial software for all libraries in the Panhandle. When it does, the database will be ported over to the new system.
