Other Info: Franklin Community Library is a joint-use facility operated cooperatively by Sacramento Public Library and the Elk Grove Unified School District. The library serves the adjoining middle school and high school and is also available for public use during all hours of operation. The library catalog and ILS are provided by the Sacramento Public Library system.
