Other Info: The Central Library automation process began in 1996, as a functional unit that manages resources and content in different media documentary materials for learning, teaching, research and training, and to support related activities for operation and management of the University as a whole. Creating the urgent need to equip it with the best means of access to information, using modern technologies that are already available to us, such as computer network that has been implemented recently and part of our Online Library, with access global databases via the Internet. At present it offers users a variety of services that allow access, provision and use of information resources and external Internet accessible: reference and bibliographic information, training information competency. The Central Library has reading rooms with wi-fi areas, group study rooms, workstations and PCs for public use search engines and various means for reproduction of documents. Positions are also adapted to different disabilities and necessary technical aids. We hope that the service offered is for their benefit, and wish meeting some suggestions and observations made by You. We are also committed to continue this effort for the good of the University community.
