POMONA, Calif., January 29, 2001 - Auto-Graphics, Inc., (AUGR), announced they have signed an agreement with Xyvision Enterprise Solutions, Inc. to implement the newest version of XML Professional Publisher (XPP v7.0).
The expanded capabilities that are realized in XPP v7.0 will benefit Auto-Graphics' businesses and products including Datacat (HVAC vertical industry group), Dataquad (the custom e-products and e-services group), as well as Auto-Graphics' traditional publishing group. The enhanced workflow, graphics handling, cross-media publications, and shortened page turnaround time will also benefit customers. While preserving the integrity of inbound data, XPP will streamline the process of turning XML, SGML, and other data types into high quality output, including Postscript and PDF.
Customers who utilize Auto-Graphics' XML-based Content Management System, Impact/CMS, as well as the database and content driven B2B capabilities found in Impact/WEB, will benefit most.
