DES PLAINES, ILLINOIS, Aug. 20, 2001: Endeavor Information Systems announced today Tom Breslin has joined the company as Vice President of Customer Service. In this newly created role, Breslin will oversee Endeavor’s Customer Support, Implementation, Product Release and Integration, and Customer Liaison Departments. Breslin will advise all of these departments on best practices in customer services.
Breslin joins Endeavor after 21 years at Systems and Computer Technology Corporation (SCT), well-known in higher education circles for products such as Banner™. At SCT, he was the Vice President for Professional Services, where he oversaw implementation, project management, consulting, training, modifications and best practices departments.
Breslin plans to build on his career experience to work with Endeavor in further shaping an even more complete customer service organization. "At SCT, I really enjoyed working with the service organization and building it to the size it is today," Breslin stated. "I like to work with clients and get involved with their needs -- the size of the Endeavor organization allows me to do just that, work with the customers."
"The client relationship is extremely important," he said. "Any organization has to take care of that customer relationship and pay attention to it to be successful."
Prior to SCT, Breslin held academic administration positions including Controller for Florida International University, Miami, Controller for Florida Keys Community College, Key West, and Bursar for Hillsborough Community College, Tampa.
