Abstract: This report discusses the results of a user survey that was undertaken during the Fall and Spring Semesters of the 1993-94 academic year at CSU Fresno to assess the users'' general response to the newly implemented universal information access workstation, ALISplus. This report also compares its findings with those of a previous survey, which was also undertaken at this institution, to estimate the general response to the then newly installed Online Public Access Catalog subsystem of ALIS. Lastly, this report compares the responses supplied by users on the use of various features of the system with the statistics obtained from the system itself.
