Hearing Officer Rod Maile just issued orders dismissing for lack of jurisdiction the two procurement protests filed by CARL Corporation with the Office of Administrative Hearings. CARL was protesting the Hawaii State Public Library System's interim contract with DYNIX, Inc. to provide the automation services necessary to keep the state's public libraries running while the Hawaii State Public Library System conducts a fresh competitive procurement for a new automation services contract.
