DUBLIN, Ohio, October 6, 2000--OCLC has acquired Library Technical Services, a library cataloging service based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. LTS provides original and copy cataloging as well as physical processing of materials to large and medium-sized academic libraries in Canada.
LTS was established in 1994 as a business unit of ISM Information Systems Management Corporation, an IBM Company. LTS has 20 staff members, including 17 catalogers.
