The AMIGOS Bibliographic Council, Inc., will sponsor a technical session in conjunction with its Fall Membership Meeting which may be of interest to non-members. The two-day program will include presentations by Brett Butler on “Emerging Technologies in Libraries,” and Miriam Drake on “The Futurity and Futility of Present Decisions,” plus a series of small group sessions on problems in selecting and implementing technologies. The site for the meeting will be the Harvey Hotel-Addison in Dallas November 19 and 20, 1987. The fee for non-members is $50.
