Document delivery competition heats up

Library Systems Newsletter [July 1996]

The Institute for Scientific Information (ISI), long a major document delivery service provider to the scientific, health, and business communities, has announced that it is broadening the scope of its service to include full-text articles from virtually any publication within or outside of its own ISI database. There will be a single, flat-rate processing fee, regardless of the fulfillment source.
