POMONA, Calif., May 27, 1999. Auto-Graphics Inc. (OTCBB:AUGR), leading provider of Web-based information publishing and Internet database resource sharing systems, announced it has named Corey Patick to the newly created position of executive vice president corporate development.
Patick will be responsible for investor relations as well as capital market development as the company moves further into the Internet electronic publishing and database outsourcing arena.
Auto-Graphics currently provides database resource sharing to over 7000 libraries via the Internet in the United States and Canada. The company's publishing services address a variety of market segments, and include electronic database management for publishing in Internet, CD-ROM and print formats.

A financial industry veteran, Patick most recently served as first vice president of Prudential Securities Inc. He also held chief executive officer positions at Fortune Financial Company, Plaza Assets Inc. and Gibraltar Community Builders Inc.
