With alternative user interfaces for both professional and school libraries, and dozens of new powerful features, LibraryWorld 98 continues to be the best library automation program on the market.

"LibraryWorld 97 was an excellent product, but LibraryWorld 98 is simply a jaw dropper," said Norman Kline, President and CEO of CASPR. "Nobody can walk away from a presentation of LibraryWorld 98 without being impressed with its user interface, features and overall value for the price."

CASPR has enhanced LibraryWorld to fit comfortably in a wide variety of schools, special, and public libraries. Three versions of LibraryWorld 98 provide the right set of features for a library's needs. LibraryWorld 98 Bronze is a serious MARC based catalog system with full patron access, MARC data entry, report writer and card and label maker. LibraryWorld 98 Silver provides all the features of LibraryWorld 98 Bronze plus a full circulation and patron management system. LibraryWorld 98 Gold has all the features of Silver, plus full serials and acquisitions systems and a digital document storage and retrieval system. All versions include support for the new URL 856 standard for cataloging WEB sites. Combined with LibraryNet 98, CASPR's WEB server software, a library's collection can be easily published on an Intranet or the world wide Internet.

LibraryWorld 98 is available today for both Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh computers. It is a true cross-platform program supporting all standard networks and file servers. Both Windows and Macintosh computers can search the same database at the same time. The database can reside on Novell, Macintosh or Windows based file servers.
