St. Louis, Missouri -- May 14, 1996: Data Research Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRAI) announced today that it had signed a $2.3 million (S$3.3 million) contract with the National Computer Board of Singapore for the hardware, software and software customization components of LibServ, a country-wide project designed to make all libraries more accessible to the people of Singapore. This project is a multi-agency effort with the National Science and Technology Board and the newly established National Library Board as key user champions.
The company noted that initial revenue shipments from the project would occur sometime in the second half of DRA's fiscal year, which ends September 30.
