St. Louis, Missouri -- July 2, 1996: Data Research Associates Inc. (NASDAQ: DRAI) announced today that it had signed a $500,000 contract with the Regents of the University of California for the installation of DRA's next-generation library automation system at the library of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). The next-generation system, currently in the late stages of development, incorporates an object-oriented client/server design.
