St. Louis, Missouri, March 12, 1997 -- Data Research Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRAI) today announced that Vice President Carl R. Grant had resigned from the company to pursue other interests. President and CEO Michael J. Mellinger noted that, moving forward, the company was eliminating Grant's position, with administrative and operational responsibilities therein being divided among other DRA departments.
