Quebec, Canada - August 4th, 1999 - Only weeks after winning an additional seven Quebec municipal libraries, Best-Seller has added yet another key client to its E-Library network community. Following a public tender that attracted some of Canada's largest library software vendors, the City of Shawinigan announced recently that it has chosen Best-Seller's web-based Portfolio software for its municipal library.
Located in Quebec's heartland and one of Canada's major economic centres, Shawinigan will be implementing Best-Seller's software solution to manage all of its operations and enable public access to its varied collection via the Internet.
