Bestseller has signed seven municipal libraries in Quebec, bringing its total customer base to more than 110 in North America and Europe. The most recent sales are the result of a Quebec-government initiative to upgrade all of its municipal libraries to have Internet access and modern automated library systems capable of being accessed via the Internet. All of the new sites will be installed in 1999.
