Following a trend in the industry, Sirsi has expanded its Library Products Division to include departments devoted to training and consulting. In addition, library support will become part of the Library Products Division.
The training staff will prepare training materials and conduct new customer training, and will also develop and provide customized training. The consulting staff will provide extended services to customers who request consulting on special projects.
