A draft of ANSI/NISO Z39.70-199X, the standard format for Circulation Transactions, went out for comment in June, with response due in August. The standard addresses the facilitation of migration from one system to another and interconnections among systems. Comments will be used to revise the draft so that it can be balloted in late 1992 or early 1993.
