We'd like to congratulate the team at the Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) on becoming the first Innovative library to use Vega Promote to email their patrons — about their screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show!
Nathan James, Deputy Executive Director for Technology and Collection Innovation at CALS, told Innovative that he's excited to say goodbye to sending out plain and boring Outlook emails. He added that it was fascinating to watch the stats update after the email campaign was sent.
"Vega Promote is incredibly simple to use, and unlike other tools that we've used, it shows you who is engaging with your message. That's huge," said James.
