The BiblioLabs management team is comprised on highly experienced "serial entrepreneurs" with successful track records of building software/media enterprises. Their experience spans many different areas of expertise such as product management, software development, technology research, finance and business development. Indeed, the founders of BiblioLabs were previously senior principals in BookSurge, a print-on-demand technology company that was acquired by Amazon.com in 2005. The BiblioLabs senior management team includes:

Robert Holt, Chief Executive Officer

Prior to launching BiblioLabs, Bob founded and served as CEO of BookSurge from 2000-2005. Prior to BookSurge, he worked as a mergers & acquisitions strategist in the software and oil and gas industries for Bonderman, Bass & Coen in Houston, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature from the College of Charleston (1981), a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law (1984), and a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Florida School of Law (1985).

Andrew W. Roskill, Chief Financial Officer

Andrew previously served as CFO of BookSurge, and helped facilitate the company's merger with Amazon.com. After the acquisition, he was a key member of integration team and helped lead the new Amazon.com division. His prior experience includes various senior management and technology business development roles at several investment banks such as Salomon Smith Barney, Alex. Brown and Credit Suisse First Boston. Most recently he was the Executive Director of Software Research at UBS. Prior to his Wall Street experience, Andrew held various business development and product management positions at technology companies such as Microsoft, Computervision and Prime Computer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (1985) from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration degree (1989) from the Boston University Graduate School of Management.

Mitchell Davis, Senior Vice President of Business Developmnent

Mitchell joined the Company in 2007 and is responsible for building our growing list of partners, content and distribution channels. Mitchell also serves as President of the BiblioLife division of the Company. Prior to joining BiblioLabs, he co-founded BookSurge in 2000 and served as head of business development, helping drive the company's growth into publisher sales. After the acquisition, he worked for Amazon.com to help the company on its growth trajectory. Prior to BookSurge, Mitchell co-founded Lowcountry Media Group (LMG) in Charleston, South Carolina, a multi-media design and development firm. From 1994 to 1999, LMG became a leading provider of print/internet cross-marketing systems for the mail order and tourism industries in the Southeast. He has also consulted with leading non-profit organizations on the development of Internet tools for improving community dialog and fundraising. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from the College of Charleston. He continues to take an avid interest in documentary film making and media production.

Jason Youmans, Chief Information Officer

Jason joined BiblioLabs as Chief Information Officer in 2007, and has been instrumental in implementing the massive undertaking associated with building the Company's Global Book Manager application platform. He was also a co-founder of BookSurge, where he architected and built the company's end-to-end software application for authors and publishers. Prior to Booksurge, he was the President of Sage Web Design in Charleston, South Carolina, and Internet software development company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (2002) in Computer Information Systems from the College of Charleston, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree with a concentration in distributed computing software architecture.
