Dublin, OH - February 12, 2021 - Patron Point announced today that Benbrook Public Library of Texas has launched its patron relationship management system to support the Library's strategic marketing efforts.
The Library has also chosen to enhance their Patron Point solution, with the addition of Patron Point Verify, for patron address verification which will help transform their library card signup and card renewal processes. The library has also chosen to add the capability to send SMS messages for library notices to their patrons.
