Appointment of a new General Manager for BiblioCommons

Toronto, Ontario, December 1, 2020 BiblioCommons is pleased to announce that Sebastien Lopes has been appointed General Manager of BiblioCommons as of December 1, 2020. Sebastien Lopes will be replacing Matt Goddard, who will be transitioning to a sister company under the Volaris Group of companies.

Sebastien brings over twenty years of experience in customer care and professional services. As a champion of talent development and empowerment, Sebastien's focus is on employee satisfaction and team cohesion. In his previous position as Vice-President of International Operations, he was deeply involved in strategic innovation and process enhancements that benefitted internal operations, as well as the growing customer base.
