Auburn Hills Public Library (MI) to implement Patron Point with CarI.X integration

Abstract: Patron Point announced that Auburn Hills Public Library of Auburn Hills, MI, has selected its patron relationship management system to support the Library's marketing efforts. Of particular interest to the library is Patron Point's ability to integrate with its CarI.X ILS system.


Dublin, OH - July 14, 2020 - Patron Point announced today that Auburn Hills Public Library of Auburn Hills, MI, has selected its patron relationship management system to support the Library's marketing efforts. Of particular interest to the library is Patron Point's ability to integrate with its CarI.X ILS system.

"As our Patron Point library community grows", states Vice President, Growth, Ian Downie, "it's great that they have the opportunity to share marketing ideas and best practices across the widest variety of ILS platforms."

Another element of the Library's decision was to leverage Patron Point capabilities in support of the Library's strategic goal to engage its community through marketing. "Patron Point can be a key asset in communicating how the Library can meet patron needs," continued Downie, "we look forward to working with them to achieve their strategic marketing goals".
